Hook Design

For high volume parts we have the ability to design and build dedicated tooling.

Burn Off Oven

• Removes accumulated paint form hooks to improve transfer efficiency
• Removes excess paint to reduce "hook marks"

Our hanging silhouette for in-line powder coating is 60"W x 52"H x 36" D.

Off Line Oven Dimensions

Offline Oven #1 can handle parts up to 7'W x 8'H x 14'D.

Offline Oven #2 can handle parts up to 9'W x 6'H x 22'D.
